Why did I invite you to a meditative paint along?

Discover the importance of taking time to decompress and restore inner peace through meditation and painting. Join a meditative paint-along session on Facebook Live and learn how to reduce stress, improve your mood, and increase your overall sense of well-being. Meditation and painting can have a positive impact on your mental health, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing your creativity.

When the world is moving as fast as it has been lately, it's easy to get caught up in the bustle of everyday life. You might be dealing with difficult people, facing stress and anxiety, or struggling to find time for yourself.

That's why it's important to take the time to decompress and restore your inner peace.

One great way to do this is by combining meditation and watercolor painting. It will allow you to focus on the present moment, quiet your mind, and connect with your inner peace.

Every part of the painting process is important. From the arm movements to the colors, from the paintbrushes to the paper. It all combines into a peaceful activity that can help you enter a state of relaxation and tap into deeper creativity.

It can help reduce stress, improve your mood, and increase your overall sense of well-being. Plus, it's a lot of fun! Especially when we do it together.

Meditation and painting are two activities that complement each other beautifully. Meditation involves training your mind to focus on the present moment. It can help you reduce stress and anxiety, improve your mental clarity and focus, and find inner peace.

Painting, on the other hand, is a creative activity that allows you to express yourself in a way that engages both sides of the brain. It can help release stored emotions, replace circular thoughts, and help you find a sense of detachment from what's stressing you out.

When we combine meditation and painting, we can achieve a state of deep relaxation and creativity.

During the meditative paint-along session this Sunday, we are NOT going to be diving deep into a full meditation. Instead, we will practice a MEDITATIVE activity while we engage in some light conversation. The artist in residence will answer questions while she joins you live on Facebook and YouTube. You will explore laying color on paper to lower your cortisol levels.

This can help you let go of the week's stresses and find a sense of calm.
