Step 12: The Reflection Of A Sunrise

Going back to the no. 12 round brush, use Brilliant Orange to paint the sun’s reflection. Start near the horizon line, then work your way downwards so the paint naturally fades towards the end for an added depth effect. Keep your horizontal brushstrokes together but not too even, and try not to leave any white spots behind.

After the sun has dried a little, dilute some Lemon Yellow, and brighten it a touch.
